I'm a customer experience expert and continuous learner with more than 20 years of experience in the field.
Currently, I lead the service design team at LinkedIn, responsible for creating memorable, trust-building experiences for our 1 Billion + members and customers.
I am also a certified LinkedIn Learning instructor with three courses on Customer Experience that have been enjoyed by more than 80,000 learners to date.
